Richard Miller, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist, researcher, yogic scholar and spiritual teacher who has devoted his life to integrating Eastern and Western traditions of awakening and psychology. He’s the founding president of the Integrative Restoration Institute, co-founder of the International Association of Yoga Therapy, a senior advisor for the Baumann Foundation, and co-founder and past president of the Institute for Spirituality and Psychology. Richard’s authored Yoga Nidra: The Meditative Heart of Yoga (Sounds True) and The iRest Program for Healing PTSD: Yoga Nidra Meditation for Deep Relaxation and Overcoming Trauma (New Harbinger, Dec 2014). He conducts trainings and retreats internationally, and engages research on the iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation protocol he’s developed for health, healing, and awakening.
